How do I know if a client has approved their EFT?

For advisors that want to know the status of an EFT request

You can view the list of client EFT requests under the Transfer Requests tab on your dashboard. Use the Filter menu to see different status types.

'Pending client approval' means the client needs to approve it from the confirmation email they received.

'New' means it has been confirmed by the client and the request needs to be sent to our back office to process.

'Sent for processing' means the instruction has been sent to our back office to process.
