1) Click on the specific client from your client list.
2) Click Create EFT.
3) Select Internal Transfer on the drop down and the rest of the relevant details.
Clients can do Internal Transfers themselves but in a slightly different way. That is detailed here.
Please note that transfers between certain registered accounts may not be possible through this method due to tax implications or additional information and forms that may be required. If this is the case, please contact us at support@modernadvisor.ca for assistance with the transfer.
Joint accounts are only held under the one primary applicant. A transfer to the non-primary account holder would have to be done manually by support so please reach out for these transfers.
